All orders placed on fairytalebaby.com are completely secure and our customer information is kept private. All personal and credit card information provided to our company is transmitted securely using the industry standard SSL encryption.
Payment & Sales Tax
Presently, Fairytale Baby accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Fairytale Baby operates in Georgia; therefore, we are required to collect 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Georgia address. For our customers living outside the state of Georgia, you will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Fairytalebaby.com, but should consult applicable tax laws in your state.
Order Status
If you would like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation that will be sent via email. There you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the lead times reflected are approximate and are for the production time needed to complete your items. Shipping transit times add one to three weeks to your lead time depending on the item shipping method used and destination. Small items such as accessories and bedding are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx and should be delivered to the specified shipping address within the lead time noted. Delivery of furniture may require up to six to eight weeks, as Fairytale Baby specialized in-home furniture carriers take great pride in transporting and delivering your items safely.
Backorder Policy
Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our products may be backordered for a specific period of time. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of that item. All backorders will ship promptly unless the order has been cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation to Customerservice@fairytalebaby.com. You will receive an email confirming cancellation, providing that the item has not already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Fairytale Baby is dedicated to providing customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item. Simply call or email us within 14 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been used, or not in it's original packaging, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders shipped outside the United States are not returnable.
- If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Customer Care page in the Shipping Information section.
- Hand painted, personalized, custom designed furnishings and all other "made-to-order" items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are "made to order" and are "non returnable" are identified as such in the product description. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within two business days of your original order date.
- Occasionally, returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping & handling charges. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery Time
Since many products on fairytalebaby.com are hand crafted and made-to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates. We will always make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of all items to you and will notify you promptly of any unexpected delays. Fairytale Baby cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.

We carry only high quality and well-crafted furnishings, linens, clothing and accessories. We cannot, however, be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold on fairytalebaby.com. All of our prices, availability and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time. All sale items are final sale.
Fairytale Baby occasionally offers special promotions available through various advertisements. These coupon codes do not apply to all of our products and designers. In this case, specific items will be noted on the specific products' description page.
